Due to Covid-19 some activities on this page may have been suspended or changed.

During the 10am Sunday services* children have a fantastic opportunity to learn with each other as they’re provided with additional teaching and activities outside the main worship area – this group is called God’s Gifts. The children chose the name, we believe children are a gift from God both to their individual families and to the wider church family.

In this group, we do various activities including singing, various crafts, watching a DVD, acting games, reading stories and and we like to finish off with some time to pray together. The group is run by Christians who are equipped to answer questions from the children and help nurture their growing faith.

Children from school years R to year 6 attend this group, pre-school children can attend provided they are accompanied by an adult.

“I like being able to see my friends and doing all the fun things like playing prayer games, doing crafts, stories, singing songs and acting about worshipping.”

Please be reassured that all appropriate DBS clearance is in place for the adults who run this group. We welcome any children into this group on a Sunday morning however if you would like more information, please feel free to contact the parish office here or phone us on 01256 840502.

*God’s Gifts runs on the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Sunday of the month. On the 2nd Sunday of the month is an All Welcome service when the service is accessible for all ages and the children and young people are encouraged to stay in the main worship area.
