Ordination Service at 12.30pm

It seems likely that my ordination service on Sunday 4th July will be much quieter than normal due to the current restrictions.

Each person to be ordained Deacon this year has been issued with a limited number of seats. However, the service will be live streamed on the Winchester Cathedral website and their Facebook page. We are planning to live stream this at Church should you wish to see this together. If you would like to attend you will be able to book in via our website or by phoning the parish office. The service starts at 12.30pm and will last for approximately 2 hours.

Celebration Afternoon Tea at 4pm

We have also planned to hold a celebration afternoon tea at 4pm following the ordination service. If you would like to attend this, could you please let Kim know via the Parish Office. This will help with catering and dietary needs. It is our hope that more than 30 of us will be able to gather together but again this will depend on the lifting of restrictions scheduled for 21st June.

Finally I would like to thank you for all the support, prayers and encouragement you have given me over the last 5 years, firstly as I trained as an LLM and then more recently during my ordination training. You have all been wonderful!
