Confirmation can be an important marker on the way for a person as a disciple of Jesus. In confirmation, you make the promises your parents made on your behalf at your baptism for yourself, making public your commitment to a journey of faith. It’s a great moment to acknowledge your place in the local and worldwide church and for the church to promise its continued support and prayer for you.
As part of preparing for confirmation we take a look at some of the basics of Christian faith through a short course which we hope to run in the Spring- either in person or online. Do have a think about whether you would like to join us!
Whether you have been baptised or not, even if just to explore the basics of faith to see what it might mean, do let myself or Dave know if you think this is something for you!
